Care Assistant – Full-Time

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable care home based in the West Midlands for passionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join their team. This is a full-time position offering an excellent hourly rate and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
• Administering medication in line with care plans (where applicable).
• Supporting the emotional and social well-being of residents.
• Maintaining accurate records and complying with care home policies and procedures.
• Providing companionship and creating a warm, supportive environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of care experience in the UK.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis).
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).
