Our client in Chester is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join their team. This role focuses on providing exceptional care to clients, particularly those with behaviours of concern.
As a Support Worker, you will assist clients in their daily activities, promote independence, and ensure their emotional and physical well-being in a safe and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to clients with complex needs, including managing behaviours of concern.
- Assist with personal care, daily routines, and recreational activities.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients and colleagues.
- Record and report incidents in compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year in the UK.
- Driver’s License: A valid UK driver’s license is preferred but not required.
- DBS Check: A clean Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) record is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with challenging behaviours.
