Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to senior staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with daily living tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
• Follow care plans and work closely with the nursing team to deliver person-centered care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the care home’s policies and procedures.
